Following reports that some of the tiles and the flooring in the wet-room were loose, Steffan Evans and Martin Males investigated and found the area to be damp ridden.
Steffan removed the existing tiles and the boards behind to reveal the extent of the damp damage. The cap and cove floor had to also be replaced by Martin. Steffan completed the replacement tiling and re-fitted the existing sanitary wear. The end result was excellent with a very grateful customer.
