We can supply a range of different fire alarm systems, to suit the needs of each client. We supply and fit addressable fire systems manufactured by Hochiki and Apollo, both high quality brands. Addressable fire systems mean the location of a fire can be determined quickly and easily, lowering risk and potentially reducing fire damage in the event of a fire. Fire addressable systems are particularly useful for clients with large premises or those in sectors in which it is imperative to safeguard against fire and potential safety risks, such as hospitals and care homes. We can also carry out fire alarm supply and installation of standard fire alarm systems.
We supply and install a range of emergency lighting systems, with different levels of cover to suit a range of clients.
With growing interest and adoption of electric vehicles, this is an ideal opportunity to install a home or workplace charging point. As an NICEIC approve contractor and an approved installer of Rolec and Zappi charging equipment, EOM can provide expert advice on the installation for our customers.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is an inspection on the condition of an existing installation, to identify any deficiencies against the national safety standard for electrical installations.
A periodic inspection will:
• Reveal if any of your circuits or equipment is overloaded
• Find any potential electrical shock risks and fire hazards in your installation
• Identify any defective DIY electrical work
• Highlight any lack of earthing or bonding
Routine tests are also carried out on wiring and associated fixed electrical equipment to check that it is safe. A schedule of circuits will also be provided, which is invaluable for a property.
The Electricity at Work Regulations (EAW) place legal responsibility on every employer where Portable Electrical Appliances are used to ensure they are in a safe working order, to prevent injury or death. All appliances must be regularly maintained by inspection and/or testing and, full records to be refined.
EOM offers a professional management of inspection, testing and certification of all your appliances. Testing can be carried out on 110v, 240v portable appliances and machinery.
We offer an emergency call-out system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is always a highly qualified and experienced electrician on call, so any electrical emergency can be dealt with.
