Rob has been working on this for the last four months and it required him to familiarise himself with financial, strategic and operational management techniques.
Rob said “I feel I’ve benefitted from meeting and having discussions with other managers from other companies with similar roles to myself and how they dealt with certain scenarios. Consequently, it’s made me look at some aspects of my roles and responsibilities from a different view point and where I could improve in the future and what my strong points are already”.
